Classes are self-guided within weekly programs to help you rebuild your core intentionally from an informed and educated approach. We start with guided breath work and progress week by week to deepen functional core strength, so you're never left guessing what you "should" or "shouldn't" be doing.
I built this program after working with dozens of new parents virtually during the Covid-19 lockdown and the years following. Additionally, I brought my 10 years of teaching Pilates, my pre and postnatal certification and my close contact with several pelvic floor physical therapists together to help me build this program with confidence, seeing from experience over and over again how well this work works. It's a marathon, not a sprint, but that exactly how it should be. I can't wait to move with you!
