All classes are less than 30 mins, so you're sure to find a way to squeeze them in. Follow along with your fellow community members to get the job done! 

Why a Challenge?

I created this challenge to do day-by-day TOGETHER so we can join forces for extra motivation.


Your objective is to move even a little bit every day, and I've designed the classes to give you variety throughout the week, so your most-used muscles get a little break!
